1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

At Happe Box, we take immense pride in crafting premium floral arrangements, gift hampers, and party decor. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

🌸 Fresh Flower & Perishable Guarantee: Fresh flowers and perishable gourmet hampers are backed by our 100% Freshness Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or un-fresh, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof for an immediate replacement or full credit.

2. Non-Perishable & Gift Items

Non-perishable gift items, accessories, and un-opened party supplies can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or NAPS) within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
